Internal oxygen pipeline

The system includes a centralized oxygen supply:

source of oxygen supply;
outdoor oxygen network;
internal oxygen networks.

Designing internal oxygen pipeline should consider the location of sources of oxygen.

Depending on the amount of oxygen consumed and local conditions (the presence of gaseous or liquid oxygen), oxygen supply source can be:

oxygen-gasification plant (PSC);
40-liter bottles with an oxygen gas pressure of 15 MPa;
oxygen Generator (hub).

If the internal oxygen pipeline use an oxygen generators with low productivity (up to 100 l / min), the latter can be placed inside the building (in a separate room with window openings, which is located with the locations of the maximum consumption on the ground and overlying floors).

When the number of cylinders 10 pcs. and they have an oxygen dual cantilever ramp (one shoulder is - work, another - reserve), installation of internal oxygen pipeline can occur in two ways:

in deaf wall of the building at a minimum distance of 3 m from window and door openings;
room for oxygen ramp - in the one-storey annexed heated building (T int. 10 ° C). The floor must have a concrete cover.

Domestic gas pipeline network using oxygen as the ramp:

the main source of the organization's needs at the case low oxygen (with total capacity of cylinders should ensure the supply of oxygen to the organization for at least 3 days);
Backup (emergency) source in addition to the main source of oxygen in the intensive care unit.
