Ultrafiltration systems for drinking water treatment as compact, fully automatic units with integrated backwash water tank.

Ultrafiltration systems for drinking water treatment as customer-specific constructed water works.

  • space saving when placed
  • serviceability
  • self-cleaning
  • environmentally friendly
  • low-maintenance

For decentralized treatment in water works and high-level tanks.

With an ultrafiltration as bacteria barrier at the building entry, the chemical consumption and thermal disinfections can be reduced substantially.

Absolutely clean and free from germs water thanks to modern membrane technology.

Ultrafiltration for drinking water treatment as fully automatic compact units. In particular for decentralised treatment in small water works or high-level tanks. Application also in hospitals or hotels with the need of germ-free water.

Flow capacity 220 – 1300 l/h

Benefit and Advantages of Ultrafiltration

Absolutely germ-free water because of most modern membrane technology.

Germ infestation of the filter is impossible. Fully automatic operation with several backwashing cycles per day.

Staff is required for monitoring only.

Simple, space-saving installation: width for insertion min. 80 cm.

The module-type construction of the units also allows subsequent adjusting to new requirements.

Detailed engineering documents available for standardized units.

Customisation of the units acc. to client’s specifications.

Technical advice and co-ordination in engineering matters by our specialists are possible at any time.

* According to the water temperature and the degree of soiling

** Based on the height of the feed of 20 m after ultrafiltration (UF)

Cheaper

Fully automatic self-cleaning means no personnel costs

Backwash water storage is not required

Over 50 % less space requirement

Room height of 2.20 m is mostly sufficient

Low investment costs

Lower payback periods

Continuous endeavour to find cost reduction potentials, to realise it consequently and to pass it on to the customer

W.E.T.pur units treat the water by means of ultrafiltration membranes whose filter pores are so small (approx. 0.01 μm) that neither bacteria nor viruses can pass the membrane.

For comparison: A human hair has a diameter of approx. 50 μm – this is 5000 times as much. Therefore the water will leave ultrafiltration absolutely free of any germs.

There are many possibilities in order to remove dissolved matters, even adjusted to the individual case of need, as e. g. a subsequent activated carbon filter or a primary oxydation.

Remote maintenance and remote diagnosis allow for a quick default analysis and are saving travelling expenses.
