Antibacterial filtration unit detains bacteria to prevent them from entering the vacuum receiver and vacuum pumps.
Antibacterial filter consists of:
1. Opaque casing
2. Antibacterial cartridge
3. Cartridge deflector
4. Sterilizable transparent Pyrex bottle.
There are two options for using of filters:
In this case, when the filter cartridge is replaced in a return mode, the air is not filtered, and the vacuum pump (pumps) can be temporarily contaminated.
We strongly recommend this option, because during the replacement of the main cartridge filtration is provided by the secondary filter, and the vacuum pump (vacuum pumps) is thus permanently protected.
Our main antibacterial filters consist of a porcelain / impermeable filter containing a special bacterial cartridge with a deflector. This filter is impermeable to prevent the spread of bacteria. The cartridge is made of microfibers bound with borosilicate with fineness of about 1/100 microns. This cartridge is subjected to the so-called sodium test. The permeability of bacteria and living organisms is less than 0.05%.
A sterilizable transparent Pyrex bottle is screwed to the body of filter.
The secondary filter contains a bacterial cartridge that is identical to the cartridge of the main filter. During the replacement of the cartridge of the main filter, since this cartridge is used briefly, there is neither a deflector nor a Pyrex bottle at the bottom of the tank. The service life of the secondary filter cartridge is unlimited if it is used for a few minutes per year during the replacement of the main filter cartridge.
The discharge tank is located on the drain line, at its lowest point, and its purpose is to catch condensate.
