Oxygen supply systems for ambulances

Oxygen delivery systems in ambulances facilitate the transfer of oxygen through installed wall panels. They consist of one, two or three connectors and are equipped with two holes for connection to the cylinders.

Oxygen delivery systems in ambulances allow the gas to be delivered through terminal blocks, including mobile oxygen cylinders with the pressure regulators.

They are available in configurations with one, two and three terminal blocks and two cylinder connectors, individually activated by a selector. Other devices necessary for mechanical ventilation and other medical measures are installed through the quick connectors on the AFNOR NF-S 90-116 or UNI 9507 terminal block.

O2 feed systems consist of:

  • stainless steel bases with holes for fastening to the wall;
  • selector for quick switching of gas supplied from a cylinder with a pressure regulator;
  • bending copper tube with silver cadmium-free solder. The copper tube belongs to class II A of medical devices and has CE marking under Directive 93/42 / EEC and UNI EN 13348 standards;
  • one or more oxygen terminal blocks (the blocks meets standards AFNOR NF-S 90-116 and UNI 9507, they are absolutely safe and easy to operate). Blocks belong to class II B of medical devices, they have CE marking according to Directive 93/42 / EEC and subsequent modifications;
  • pressure gauge in the tube ensures correct operation of the system and oxygen supply;
  • two nipples with gas-specific threads provide connection to low-pressure hoses in accordance with UNI EN ISO 5359 (optional);
  • painted stainless steel panel with mounting hardware (optional).

Dimensions:

  • terminal block version 1: 87.5x270x130 mm;
  • terminal block version 2: 87.5x355x130 mm;
  • terminal block version 3: 87.5x440x130 mm;
  • operating pressure: 4.0 bar ± 20%;
  • feed gas: oxygen;
  • tube manometer: the scale border is 6.0 bar, diameter is 50 mm.
  • threaded outlet - M16x1.25 M.
