Технический воздух

Technical air

Air - a mixture of gases, mainly consisting of nitrogen and oxygen. Compressed air - air is under pressure above atmospheric pressure. With the invention of the compressor came the era of industrial compressed air.

The main characteristic is its compressed air pressure.

Absolute pressure is measured from the zero, the excess pressure is the total pressure minus atmospheric pressure. For the case of pressure measurement in technical atmospheres overpressure denoted as "atm", and absolute - as "ata".

Standard ISO 8573.1 provides air size classification of the solid particles (D), the maximum content of (C) and the dew point (T) and the content of oils (Oil).

The weight density (specific gravity) of air is the air weight in the volume of 1 m3. It is denoted by the letter ρ. Under standard atmospheric conditions, according to ISO 2533 (barometric pressure 760 mm Hg, t = + 15 ° C), the weight density (specific gravity) of 1 m3 of the air volume is ρ = 1.225 kgf / m3.

The mass density of air is the mass of air in a volume of 1 m3. The mass of air is equal to its weight divided by the acceleration of gravity. Under standard atmospheric conditions, the mass density of air is equal to: 0,1250 kgf2 / m4.

Most of the workshops in modern production facilities are equipped with a branched compressed air system, which is supplied to the premises at relatively low pressures, usually not exceeding 1 MPa (10bar). Its connection to the workplace is quite simple and is carried out with the help of flexible pipelines of small cross-section. WestMedGroup will help you design and commission such industrial pipelines with all necessary auxiliary equipment, including receivers, fittings, flowmeters, flow regulators and the like. We calculate and adjust pneumatic equipment and introduce centralized and decentralized systems of automatic control.

Technical air is used in medical and industrial pneumatic devices.

Company WestMedGroup offers the qualified design, installation and construction of compression of gas distribution systems of compressed air: compression stations produced by the French company MIL'S (spiral HOSPITAIR SCROLAIR 1 and 2, PACK, PACK D, GLOBAL, G; oil-free piston AIRMIL'S 1 and 2; lubricated piston HOSPITAIR 1 and 2, AIRMIL'S 1 and 2, screw HOSPITAIR PACK / SKID / PACK D / HYPERBARE / G, AIRMIL'S G). The station in automatic mode provides the required pressure and the projected compressed air capacity for the central distribution network. The air compressor provides filtration from air dust particles, bacteria, oil mixtures and water vapor and regulates the temperature.
Our stationary compressors can be in variants: oil-free - oil, spiral - piston, can differ by the system of processing (cooling, dehumidifying, freezing, filtration) of air and the type of drive.

WestMedGroup offers constant volume gas holders, high pressure vessels and receivers of different capacities for the storage of technical air.
