The nondestructive testing laboratory of the WestMedGroup company, a resident of the SEZ “Dubna”, was certified by the independent certification body for non-destructive testing laboratories of NOREKS LLC for compliance with the requirements of the NDT system until 2024, for which a certificate No. ЛНК- 018A0211 was given.
The expert body checked organizational and technical readiness, which makes it possible to ensure the quality of the non-destructive testing, in particular, the technical equipment of the laboratory, the conditions of industrial and environmental safety, the management system, as well as the level of training of specialists.
The certification approved the WestMedGroup LLC to conduct radiation, ultrasonic, acoustic emission, visual control and measure means, as well as control of penetrating substances during construction, reconstruction, installation, repair, manufacture, technical examination and technical diagnostics, inspection and examination of steam, water-heating, steam-water heating and power engineering boilers, boilers of mobile and transportable installations, also working with high-temperature organic and inorganic coolants and pipelines.
In addition, the presence of our own laboratory allows to check tanks, barrels and vessels for compressed, liquefied gases, liquids and bulk solids, including those with periodic excess pressure, as well as electric boilers, steam and hot water pipelines, vessels under steam pressure, liquids and gases, as well as pressure chambers. The non-destructive testing laboratory of WestMedGroup is equipped with modern high-precision equipment: X-ray and ultrasonic, visual and measuring control kits, eight-channel acoustic emission measuring complex and other devices, which allows a comprehensive assessment both in stationary and in the field
