Manufacturing of containers

The container is designed for the installation of power generating sets from 10 to 2000 kW, operating in standalone mode or standby power. The container provides reliable operation of the equipment in all climatic zones within the temperature range from -40 to +40 C.

The container has a rigid metal frame. The exterior walls are made of profiled galvanized sheet (0.55 mm thick, the color varies) with robust polyester coating, ensuring long service life of the container. From inside the walls are decorated with non-conductive materials with refractory impregnation (white galvanized steel sheet thickness of 0.55 mm). The walls are filled with non-combustible noise-proof and heat-insulating material (mineral plate) with a thickness of 100mm.

In the body of the container are integrated: air valves ventilation, doors, installation openings, exhaust gas duct and outdoor unit external communications.

The floors are reinforced channels, flooring - corrugated steel sheet - 4mm.
