Valves for anesthetic gases scavenging systems AGSS

The AGSS (Anesthetic Gas Scavenging System) is a valve module that is part of the anesthetic consoles. It is widely used in operating theaters to drain excess anesthetic agent exhaled by the patient during surgery.

The AGSS valve system creates a vacuum and ejection of the patient's breathing products into the ventilation thanks to compressed air with an inlet pressure of at least 4-5 bar. The maximum generated flow is 25-30 liters per minute. The suction power is regulated by a needle valve. The control of the device operation is carried out thanks to the presence of a simple indication located on the medical console.

The AGSS module is convenient and easy to use: a special plug is easily fixed in the valve, and due to its tightness, anesthetic gases exhaled by the patient are prevented from leaking into the room.

The manufacturing company WestMedGroup supplies systems for the removal of anesthetic gases to all regions of Russia. The product complies with the ISO 9170-2: 2008 standard.
