Cryogenic fittings

Fittings are used for temporary or permanent connection of pipeline elements into a single system. They are used for branching and turning lines, as well as for connecting pipes of the same diameter and transition from one pipe diameter to another. Connecting elements are used in various fields: medical and pharmaceutical, oil and gas, food, chemical and others.
There are different types of fittings depending on the connection method. Welded-on type - non-separable and not reusable. Double hexagon nipples with left-hand and right-hand threads allow both piping elements to be connected together at the same time. Nipples of the "American" type are a coupling with a union nut and make it possible to quickly connect or disassemble a pipe.

CADUCEUS connecting fittings are made of high quality stainless steel. They are resistant to corrosion, sudden changes in temperature and pressure, and technical stress. These qualities allow fittings to be used in aggressive environments, creating absolutely tight connections.

A wide range of cryogenic fittings allows you to select the necessary materials for the intended purpose.

Used to regulate the flow or shut off a section of the pipeline during maintenance
Check valves are used to prevent changes of flow direction
Gas Heater provides optimal temperature mode and prevents freezing of mechanisms and gas supply valves at low temperatures or large gas expenditures.
Valve is designed for smooth and clear adjustment of gas flows in pipelines.
Provides a reliable overlap of the flow in the system for safe dismantling and maintenance of instruments intended for continuous pressure measurement
An item designed to regulate pressure in cryogenic cylinders, as well as to automatically maintain working pressure at a given level, regardless of changes of the medium pressure.
Gas reducers are used to lower the pressure of gas in the cylinder or gas distribution pipeline to the desired level
