The installation is intended for medical institutions as a source of vacuum in a centralized vacuum system, in which vacuum is necessary for pumping blood, secretions, drainage of the pleural, abdominal and other cavities of patients, etc. It is created for operating rooms, intensive care rooms, emergency care, pulmonology, dentistry, various treatment rooms and wards.
The vacuum station is equipped with two (HOSPIVAC 2 version) or three (HOSPIVAC 3 version) vacuum pumps on a horizontal receiver. Rotary vane vacuum pumps with forced lubrication and air cooling are used. Vacuum pumps can be switched on in cascade and are selected depending on the expected vacuum consumption. The receiver is supplied fully assembled. The line of receivers is represented by volumes of 500, 650 and 750 liters in a horizontal version.
The units are equipped with a control unit with a central processor (automatic MILLENIUM system with FLEXO controller). The installation also includes a duplex filtration system containing two parallel installed filters that are operated simultaneously. When replacing one filter, the filtration is ensured by the other filter and the vacuum pumps are thus always protected.
