The Head of the Dubna district, Maxim Nikolayevich Danilov, visited the WestMedGroup production site located in the special economic zone on June 03. He talked to the head and employees of the enterprise, and also got acquainted with the products.
The project of WestMedGroup to develop and product medicine equipment fully within the country, was implemented as part of the execution of Presidential Decrees, instructions of the Moscow Region Governor on national goals, strategic development and industrial production in the Russian Federation. The resident of the Dubna SEZ is investing in the creation of infrastructure for the production of necessary medical equipment, which is the sighnificant means of combating COVID-19 in healthcare facilities in our country.
During his visit to the enterprise M. N. Danilov got acquainted with the process of manufacturing and processing of metal and polymer parts. The head of the district noted the high degree of equipment, the use of advanced technologies and the high-tech equipment.
Also, Danilov got acquainted with the production process of wall and ceiling medical consoles CADUCEUS - multi-functional life support systems that combine high reliability, practicality, functionality and ergonomics. He noted the uniqueness of components and the competitiveness of CADUCEUS products.
It is worth noting that with the onset of the current epidemiological situation, the company increased the production of medical equipment by tens of times. About 1,000 wall consoles, as well as about 15,000 quick-disconnect valve systems, are produced monthly.
The Head of the city district noted that the company produces the necessary and innovative equipment, having familiarized himself with the execution of the investment project of the resident of “Dubna”. Also, he thanked the employees for the ongoing work and for the comprehensive equipping of healthcare institutions with medical gas supply systems. About 100 such projects over the past 2.5 months have been implemented by WestMedGroup company throughout the country with the involvement of more than 450 skilled workers of various specialties. Integrated solutions for the design, construction and equipping of healthcare facilities were implemented, in particular for the needs of various Ministries and Departments.
The head of the Dubna city district noted the company's effective technological and economic strategies aimed at increasing the market share of domestic medical equipment, as well as the intention to continue investing. So, in May of this year, the "WestMedGroup" company began construction of its own scientific and production complex, with a total area of 10,000 square meters. On its territory, technical and innovative activities will be carried out related to integrated medical gas supply systems, as well as ward equipment for the life support. It is planned to create more than 150 jobs within this project. Such projects are of great importance for improving the welfare of residents of the region and the economy.
The successful implementation of the development strategy of the resident of the SEZ “Dubna”, aimed at realizing the most promising opportunities, developing innovative products in the field of medicine, as well as their production with full localization in the Russian Federation.
