CADUCEUS CELLS TMB allows to study the morphology of stained and unstained preparations in the form of smears and histological sections in the transmitted light, in the bright field. To identify living particles in the unstained preparation, the dark field mode is used. The phase-contrast mode studies unstained biological media, for example, blood and urine. During the luminescence of the stained preparation, the microscope fixes bacterial and viral particles. The polarization function is useful when studying transparent objects that cannot be distinguished by standard light- and dark-field modes.
